Shipping Info
Handling times
Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-3 days after order is placed before it is sent out. If the product is on hand, it will be packaged and sent as soon as possible. Sometimes prints need to be made, so an extra day is needed to prepare them.
Shipping times and tracking
Options of USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail shipping are included at checkout. Ground Advantage shipping times are 3-7 business days. Priority Mail times are 2-3 days. On average, Ground Advantage shipping arrives very quickly; however, if needed to be guaranteed delivered quickly, Priority Mail is an option.
Sometimes delays such as bad weather conditions, labor shortages, and holidays are bound to occur. Although we are not responsible for these instances, we will keep in contact with you if there is a delay to ensure that you're kept up to date about where your order is. In extreme cases where the order is delayed weeks after expected delivery date, we will offer a refund on shipping costs or a discount code.

International shipping (outside of United States)
We are more than happy to do international shipping. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout once shipping address is entered. Please allow for longer shipping times. Any questions or concerns about cost of shipping rates please contact us at serpentinaart@gmail.com.
Shipping address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is 100% correct, check and re-check! If the wrong address was put, please contact us before it is shipped. If we are alerted of an incorrect address after it has been dispatched, we are not responsible for the cost of replacing and resending the order.
Damaged and lost packages

Mail theft
We are not responsible for misplaced or stolen parcels after it has been marked delivered by USPS, UPS, or DHL. Please report mail theft with the mail carrier where they can investigate the issue.
